About Veterans of Valor Home Initiative Inc.

Veterans of Valor Home Initiative Inc. was founded by Sherry Ann Weathers, a proud U.S. Army veteran with a vision to serve those who have served us. Recognizing the growing crisis of veteran homelessness, she launched VoVHI as a mission-driven nonprofit to provide safe, affordable housing and holistic support to veterans in need.

Our organization combines veteran-led leadership with real estate development expertise through ASWEA Real Estate LLC, our strategic partner and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Certified company. Together, we’re building more than just homes — we’re building hope, dignity, and opportunity.

he new allocation will help expand response to cover those households that are led by women and have elderly, pregnant, or disabled family members, or who have lost all assets.

The world calls for, and expects from us, simplicity of life, the spirit of prayer, charity towards all, especially towards the lowly and the poor. When someone does something that they know that they shouldn’t do this again in you house.

Our Mission

Veterans of Valor Home Initiative Inc. (VoVHI) is a nonprofit committed to helping homeless and at-risk veterans rebuild their lives. Through strategic partnerships, including ASWEA Real Estate LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned business, we deliver long-term housing solutions, support services, and advocacy tailored to each veteran’s needs.

Our Philosophy

At Veterans of Valor Home Initiative Inc., we believe that every veteran deserves not just gratitude—but dignity, stability, and the opportunity to thrive. Our philosophy is rooted in service, integrity, and the unwavering belief that no veteran should be left behind after their tour of duty ends.

We approach veteran homelessness as not merely a housing issue, but a call to holistic care—addressing the physical, emotional, and social barriers that prevent veterans from rebuilding their lives. We champion sustainable, long-term solutions through housing development, community reintegration, and access to life-changing support services.

Guided by the leadership of our founder and strengthened by our collaboration with ASWEA Real Estate LLC, we operate with compassion, accountability, and the understanding that true service continues beyond the battlefield.

Our work is driven by a simple but powerful principle:

“We serve those who served.”

A Story To Our Journey

Collaborate with team members to rise

Collaborate with team members to rally support

The world calls for, and expects from us, simplicity of life, the spirit of prayer, charity towards all, especially towards the lowly and the poor. When someone does something that.

They really have a choice. Maybe what I mean to say is did they really have a chance. Harness the power of social media to spread.
